Abstract

The report is related to the improvement of the automated self-service car wash system by making better the monitoring and preventive control systems, as well as the collection and reporting of data from the operation of the system to achieve more efficient operation and optimization in customer service. For this purpose, modern industrial programmable logic controllers with “Internet of Things” (IoT) capabilities are used.
