Reflection of the sustainable development in the management of the contemporary organizations

Abstract

Changes in the business environment are so large and unpredictable that they pose challenges to business organizations and impose the need to implement new models in the organizational management. Undoubtedly, the Concept of Sustainable Development is related to business and its social responsibility to protect the interests of stakeholders and the environment. The role of the human factor of education in all its forms, which must implicitly contain the spirit, ideas and principles of sustainable development, is very important.
