Personnel management through proper motivation (on the example of a medical equipment manufacturing company)

Abstract

This article is devoted to the motivation of personnel in general and in production in particular. The survey results among employees in a medical equipment manufacturing organisation are presented. Different authors’ views on improving the motivation of the personnel in the particular organisation are presented.
