Abstract

The article reviews the making of electronic tests for Assessment and Self-assessment of Students in Chemistry and Environmental Protection in Moodle, as a part of a quality management process. In this article Moodle’s (www.informacia.org) e-tests programming methods and the Chemistry Question bank are shown. The present research reviews the influence that the e-tests have on students’ learn- ing motivation. The students demonstrated lack of experience in taking e-tests, due to the absence of good practices in using e-tests in Chemistry and Environmental Protection in the public and municipal schools, regardless the fact that Moodle has become very popular from 2007 onwards. The e-tests are estimated by the students as the most user-friendly docimological method.
