Abstract

In the article the interrelationship between the good work place and the motivation of the employers for achieving better economic results in the organization is clarified. An analysis of the production process, based on which are established the main groups operations when sewing the facial part of the shoe, has been made. The used machines and the equipment for each group operations have been established. Based on research of the normative documentation for specified specific requirements to the production places, used machines and the equipment, needed for providing health and safety at work in the workshops for sewing the facial part of the shoe are also considered.
